You can expect around 40lbs of nutritious meat perfect for making bugers, roasting, or slow cooking. This premium quality goat is lower calorie than beef and packs as much protein and vitamins. Whether you are preparing burgers or steaks, goat is perfect for creating flavorful and hearty dishes. How it works: You pay for the goat and we will send you a cut sheet from the butcher. You select your cuts, we take the goat to the butcher for you and you pick it up when it's done! It's that easy.
